
My mission is to provide tools to others to live a longer, healthier, and happier lifestyle. Actively pursuing a minor in Exercise Science and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Five years of training; currently training as an amateur boxer with weightlifting built into my weekly split.
Many members of my family have been affected by obesity, diabetes, cancer, and other illnesses rooted in their eating and fitness habits. This motivated me to use my knowledge and research to help others.
